User Order Distribution Notice Report
The User Order Distribution Notice (Userdist) report performs the following acquisitions tasks.

Produce notices indicating that the materials ordered through the library for a user’s personal collection have been received and are ready for pickup |
This report contains the following tabs.
The date the order is ”closed” or ”processed” is recorded in the user distribution segment’s Date Loaded/Delivered field. The default value for this field is NEVER. As long as the Date Loaded/Delivered field is set to NEVER, the user distribution is considered ”open.” The final processing step for a user distribution would change the Date Loaded/Delivered field value from NEVER to an actual date. If the User Order Distribution Notice report is run with the Count as a Notice Sent check box selected on the Distribution Notice tab, the NEVER date is updated to the report run date.
You may also print mailing labels by selecting the Produce Mailing Labels check box on the Produce Mailing Labels tab. The mailing labels use the address defined in the user’s address information. The labels report runs separately, and creates the dist_labels report that appears in the finished reports list when the User Order Distribution Notice report finishes running.
