Produce Mailing Labels Tab

The Produce Mailing Labels tab displays for some reports that produce notices for users.

Produce Mailing Labels

If the Produce Mailing Labels check box is selected, a separate report that follows the format of the User Address Labels report is run. The second report maintains all of the options and sorting criteria that you selected in your notice report, ensuring that your labels and notices correspond exactly, and you only need to run a single report. The second report displays along with the notice report in the finished reports list and has _label in its name.

If this check box is cleared, labels are not produced.

Produce Return Labels

If the Produce Return Labels check box is selected, a separate report that follows the format of the User Address Labels report is run. The second report maintains all of the options and sorting criteria that you selected in your notice report, ensuring that your labels and notices correspond exactly, and you only need to run a single report. The second report displays along with the notice report in the finished reports list and has _label in its name.

If this check box is cleared, labels are not produced.

Note: Your default printer is often defined to print a standard letter size page. Review your page format before attempting to print on label stock. If you do not change from standard letter size format, the report will print approximately one label per page of label stock.

This example shows selected users’ mailing labels with a page format five lines long.
