List Unauthorized Bib Records Report
The List Unauthorized Bib Records (Unauthbib) report selects bibliographic records with headings that contain |?UNAUTHORIZED headings. Records which are both visible and shadowed are searched.
This report is in the Authority Group Reports.

In addition to catalog and call number selection, you can specify a particular entry or list of entries using the Policy List gadget.
For example, you could select all of the 6XX fields to check subject headings only, or 110, 710, and 610 fields to verify corporate names.
Sorting is available by title/author or call number. On the Print Item tab, the default printed arrangement for the Printed Arrangement option is Record by Record, which prints a complete bibliographic record for each item attached to the record. To print the bibliographic record only once, select Catalog Shelflist for the Printed Arrangement option. Also, to flag the headings that are |?UNAUTHORIZED, select the Show Indicators and Subfields check box under Title Information on the Print Item tab.
To list only the tags that require authorization, not the complete bibliographic record, use the List Unauthorized Tags report.
