Remove Selected Orders Report

The Remove Selected Orders (Purgeorders) report removes selected orders and all associated order lines in the station library of the staff running the report. The report output includes a list of removed orders.

This report is password protected. If you do not know the password, see your system administrator. This report should only be run after a full system backup.

The SirsiDynix Symphony Workstation server needs to be running to schedule and run this report, or the report will fail. Do not halt the SirsiDynix Symphony Workstation server until the report displays on the finished list.

The Remove Selected Orders report contains the following tabs.

The Fiscal Cycle field on the Order Selection tab requires you to make a selection to run this report.

By default, only basic order information appears in the report output. Use the options on the Print Order tab to customize the order information that is printed in the report output.

To remove orders selected by orderline characteristics, use the Remove Selected Order Lines (Purgeorderlins) report.
