Print User Tab

The Print User tab includes the following types of selections.

User Information Selections shows basic user information from the user record and circulation statistics.
Bill Information Selections lists bills, both paid and unpaid, and includes associated bibliographic items.
Charge Information Selections lists charges, including bibliographic information.
Holds Information Selections displays all holds or only available holds, and includes bibliographic information.
User Accountability Information Selections shows user accountability, clearance, and restriction information.

Record Per Page

The Record Per Page check box can be selected to print one record per page. A record includes all information associated with a single user. This check box is cleared by default, since in most circumstances printing only one record on a page is not necessary.

XML Output

If the XML Output check box is selected, the report results are written to an EXtensible Markup Language (XML) file. The XML file can be viewed in a browser window or opened with a third-party application, such as a spreadsheet application. By default, the XML Output check box is cleared.

For non-notice reports, the file is saved in the /Rptprint directory with the naming convention internalrptname.prn, such as ahdb.prn. The report log lists the report file name.

The Default Style Sheet field on the report’s Style Sheet tab specifies the EXtensible Stylesheet Language (XSL) file that is to be used to display and print the report output.
