User Accountability Information Selections
The User Accountability Information selections determine what user accountability information is to appear in the output of a report. The following User Accountability Information selections may or may not be available, depending on the report.

User accountability information will only display for libraries that have purchased the Accountability module, and will only be available to users who are accountability operators.
Select this check box to include the clearance level of the user, the date the user’s clearance was last modified, the user access of the operator who modified the clearance, and the agency who granted the clearance.

Select this check box to include the date the user accountability was created, the user access of the operator who created the accountability, the date the user’s accountability was last modified, and the user access of the operator who modified the accountability.

Select this check box to include the user type, either internal or external, and the number of dispatches, which is how many items have been sent to external users.
