List Items Missing Report

The List Items Missing (Invmissing) report lists items with a current location of MISSING. In the inventory process, you may run this report before and after the Charge to MISSING report is run to determine which items were already missing, as well as those that were determined to be missing during the current inventory process. If this report is run without making any selection, it lists all missing materials.

The List Items Missing (Invmissing) report contains the following tabs.

This report should be run after the Set Inventory Date report has been run, the barcodes of items on the shelf have been scanned, the Load Scanner Transactions report has been run with the inventoried items, and the Charge to MISSING report has been run to indicate that items have been charged to the MISSING user or edited to a MISSING current location.

The list produced by the List Items Missing report should be reviewed item by item to determine whether these missing items are in fact missing, and whether the final steps of the inventory process should occur, which is to prepare the records for removal with the Set Items to DISCARD report.
