Item Circulation Count Report
The Item Circulation Count (Itemcntstat) report allows you to capture item checkout and renewal statistics at specified intervals. This report allows selections by title/call number/item fields, and outputs statistics by library and item type within a library. Before running this report, you should determine how frequently you want to capture checkout and renewal statistics—either daily, weekly, or monthly—and schedule this report to run at the selected interval. After running this report, you should schedule the Reset Item Counters Report to run at the same interval. This will reset the interval checkout and renewal counters to zero.
The Ongoing Checkouts and Ongoing Renewals fields are not modified by these reports. These fields will continue to count total checkouts and renewals for the item.
