Booking Record

SirsiDynix Symphony creates a booking record to track information about the booked item and the user who booked it. The following information is included in the booking record.

•

Single booked item

•

Starting date and time of the booking

•

Ending date and time of the booking

•

Time needed for preparation, shipping, and cleanup

•

Actual start and end dates and times of the booking, which are automatically calculated based on values in the booking policies

•

Booking creation date

•

Shipping dates (if necessary)

Booking records may be created, displayed, edited, and removed. Information about bookings also displays when viewing booked items or the user who placed the booking.
