Display Item Bookings Wizard

The Display Item Bookings wizard displays the booking record(s) for a single item or a group of bookings.

To display bookings for an item

Click the Display Item Bookings wizard. The Item Search window appears.

Use Item Search to search for the booking(s) you want to display. With the Display Item Bookings wizard, you have the additional search option of Job ID. If a Current record exists, click the Current information link to access the last record displayed, modified, or added. If a booking record has been recently displayed, modified or added there will also be an option to select the Current Booking record.

If your search finds results, a list of matching records displays in the hit list area. If the Viewer is turned on, the selected title will display in the lower portion of the window with two tabs, Description and Call Number/Item. Select the item you want to display, then click Display Booking.

With Change Booking Lookup Options, you can further filter what displays on the booking calendar on the Calendar Tab and the Bookings Tab by choosing a pickup library, start month, number of months or calendar year. In the Start Month box, type the number of a starting month for the booking calendar to use. In the Number of Months list, type or select the number of months that will appear in the booking calendar. In the Year box, type the four-digit year for which you want to view item bookings. To update your booking calendar click Display Item Bookings.

You may select a booking to display by date, by selecting a date in red in the booking calendar on the Calendar Tab.

Click the Bookings Tab to view a list of bookings which are based on what has been set in the Booking Search Options. Full information about the booking can be viewed by selecting the glossaries in the Patron Booking Starts and Patron Booking Ends columns.

After you have viewed the item’s booking information, select one of the following options.

Return to Search to return to the search list

•

New Search to search a new booking

•

Close to exit the wizard
