Remove User Bookings Wizard
The Remove User Bookings wizard allows booking record(s) for a single booking or a group booking to be removed.
To remove user bookings

Use the User Search (User Search Helper) to find the booking(s) you want to remove. If a Current user record exists, click the Current information link to access the last record displayed, modified, or added. If there is more than one user in your result, select the correct user record and click Remove User Bookings. |

You can further filter your search result by pickup library, booking start date and booking end date. Update the list by clicking Display User Bookings. |
Your search result displays the following fields.
For more detailed information about each booking click the glossary in the Patron Booking Starts or Patron Booking Ends columns.

To remove a booking or multiple booking(s), do one of the following. |

To remove all of the bookings for the item, click Remove All option, and click Remove User Bookings |
|
•
|
To remove only selected bookings for the item, click the corresponding Remove check box for each booking that you want to remove, and click Remove User Bookings |
After removing user bookings, click one of the following options.

Return to Search to return to the previous search results |
|
•
|
New Search to search a new user |
|
•
|
Close to exit the wizard |
Bookings may be removed only if they have not been checked out to a user.
