My Decisions Wizard
The My Decisions wizard guides you through the process of adding, modifying, or removing selection list decisions, as well as determining how to fund and distribute the copies to be ordered. Use this wizard to most efficiently create a decision for every line on a selection list.
To make selection list decisions

Click the My Decisions wizard. |

Use the Selection List Search to identify the selection list you want to modify. Only selections lists with a status of ACTIVE will appear. |
Note: If you do not log in to WorkFlows with a personal login, it is important to set a default selector ID (your user ID) in properties. Otherwise, you will be working with the decisions belonging to the login user, not necessarily your own.

If your search resulted in a single selection list, the Selection List, All Lines, Undecided, and Decided tabs appear. |
Otherwise, selection lists matching your search criteria appear in a table. Select a list, then click Modify Selection List, and the Selection List, All Lines, Undecided, and Decided tabs appear. The Undecided tab appears on top, ready for you to make decisions.

Click the Selection List Tab to display the selection list control information. Information on this tab cannot be modified. For more information about these fields, see the tab topic. |

Click the All Lines Tab to review decisions made by all selectors. For more information, see the tab topic. If you select a title and click the Display List Line Tool, you can review list line details and see which selectors chose (or did not choose) this title and how many copies will be ordered. You may not modify or remove the decisions of other selectors. |

Click the Decided Tab to review the list lines you have processed. For more information, see the tab topic. The dynamic fields Lines, My Amount, and My Quantity appear at the top of the tab, reflecting totals for your decisions only. |
Note: The decision records that display belong to the selector indicated in the default properties. If no default selector is indicated, then the displayed decisions are those of the login user.
The following tools are available for modifying and removing decisions, and displaying list line and linked title information. When you remove a decision, the decision record moves to the Undecided tab.

Click the Undecided Tab tab to view the list lines you have not processed. The following tools are available for adding decisions, as well as viewing list line and linked title information. See the tab topic for more information. |

To make a selection list decision, select a title on the Undecided tab, and click the Add Decision tool. The Decision tab appears. |

Select a decision from the list, either BUY, DONTBUY, or MAYBE. Type the quantity to be ordered. Click Add Decision, and the Decision and Extended Info tabs appear. |
Note: Making a BUY decision does not encumber funds.

Under Ordering Details, use the tab tools to add the funding/distribution information for this decision. See the Segments Tab topic for more information. The Replace Fundings & Distributions Helper may be available for applying a frequently ordered pattern to this decision. |

Click Add Decision, and you are returned to the Undecided tab, ready to make more decisions. Your new decision record will now appear on the Decided tab. |

When using this wizard, you may only modify or remove your own decision records (login user) or the decisions of the selector user set in default properties.
For creating multiple decisions for each list line, it is more efficient to use the Modify Selection List or Add Selection List wizards.
After making selection list decisions, you can click one of the following options.
