Display Order Wizard
The Display Order wizard guides you through the process of displaying an existing order from a specified fiscal cycle. Detailed order summary information and orderline information are available using this wizard.
To display an order

In the Order Search step, identify the specific order you want to display. You must specify a fiscal cycle. If an item library was selected in default properties, the Order Search will display only orders for items owned by that selected library. Or, if you selected a library for Orders for Library in default properties, the order search will filter the order display by that library. You can further qualify your search by selecting a specific orderline. Click Search. |
The following process assumes your search resulted in a specific order/orderline. If your search resulted in a list of orders, see Displaying an Order from an Order List.

If you searched a specific order, the Display Order window displays the following tabs. |
Review the information on these tabs. For more information about the tab fields and tools, see the tab topics.
If an on-order title has linked holds, the “This title has holds” message displays above the wizard tabs.
If the on-order title has already been ordered in another order, the “Status Alert: Title already on order” message displays above the wizard tabs.
If the fund used for the on-order title is overencumbered or overspent, the “Warning: Fund over encumbered/spent” message displays above the wizard tabs.
After displaying an order, click one of the following options.

Close to exit the Display Order wizard |
