Receipt Fields Gadget
The Receipt Fields gadget is used to select fields you want printed on receipts and hold wrappers.
To select receipt fields
1 | Click the Receipt Fields gadget. ![]() |
2 | Under List To Choose From, select the field you want to add. |
Note: You must select at least one field. If you don’t select any fields, nothing will print on the receipts.
3 | Click the right arrow to add the field to the List Selected pane. |
4 | Repeat the previous steps until you have created your receipt fields list, then click OK. |

You can scroll through the lists using your arrow keys.
To remove a field from the List Selected list, select the field, then click the left arrow.
Receipt Types
Different types of receipts require particular receipt fields.
For accountability receipts – Go to Receipt Fields for Accountability Receipts for descriptions of the receipt fields that may be included on accountability charge receipts.
For circulation receipts – Go to Receipt Fields for Circulation Receipts for descriptions of the receipt fields that may be included on available hold slips, due date slips, payment receipts, reshelving slips, and transit slips.
For hold wrappers – Go to Receipt Fields for Hold Wrappers for descriptions of receipt fields that may be included on hold wrappers.
For patron credit receipts – Go to Receipt Fields for Patron Credit Transaction History Receipts for descriptions of the receipt fields that may be included.
For serials receipts – Receipt Fields for Serials Receipts for descriptions of the receipt fields that may be included on serial control routing lists.
