Receipt Fields for Accountability Receipts

Accountability receipts can be customized to display specific general receipt fields and accountability receipt fields. These fields can be selected to print on the receipt using the Receipt Fields gadget.

An Accountability receipt prints for each charged item.

Receipt General Fields

Select from the following receipt fields for general information.

Author

Displays the author of the item.

Call Number

Displays the call number of the item.

Copy

Displays the copy number of the item.

Current Time

Prints the time the receipt prints.

Date Charged

Prints the date the item was checked out.

Date Due

Prints the date the item is to be returned to the library.

Item ID

Includes the barcode number of the item.

Library Name

Includes the name of the library on the receipt.

Title

Lists the title of the item. This field has a limit of 50 characters.

User ID

Prints the barcode number for the user.

Name

Prints the user’s name.

Receipt Accountability Fields

Select from the following receipt fields for accountability information.

Classification

Prints the classification for the title and/or item.

Operator

Prints the user ID of the operator who charged this item.

Receipt

Prints the SirsiDynix Symphony auto-generated receipt number.
