The BLUEcloud Commerce Reconciliation report generates a spreadsheet that details all BLUEcloud Commerce transactions for the BLUEcloud Commerce Account policy and date range you specify.

This report is in the Circulation Group Reports and the Cash Management Group Reports.

This report contains the following tabs:

The spreadsheet generated by this report includes the following:

A Disbursement worksheet which displays how the funds are disbursed among the specified libraries and how much each BLUEcloud Commerce account contributes to each disbursement.
A Transactions worksheet which details each of the BLUEcloud Commerce transactions for the specified date range.
A Breakdown worksheet which lists detailed information for each payment associated with the selected BLUEcloud Commerce transactions.
An Errors worksheet which lists transactions that could not be processed correctly. Use this worksheet to disburse the funds from these transactions manually.

Note: This worksheet is only generated if transactions with missing information exist for the BLUEcloud Commerce Account policy and date range you specify.

A Missing worksheet which lists all transactions for which the payment information is missing. Use this worksheet to disburse the funds from these transactions manually.

Note: This worksheet is only generated if transactions without payment information exist for the BLUEcloud Commerce Account policy and date range you specify.

If your library has been using BLUEcloud Commerce for WorkFlows or SirsiDynix e-Library prior to SirsiDynix Symphony version 3.5, those transactions will not be reflected in the report output, regardless of the date range you specify.

The BLUEcloud Commerce Reconciliation report saves the spreadsheet output in the Unicorn/Rptprint directory of your SirsiDynix Symphony server. The report saves the spreadsheets that it generates in the .xls format. The naming convention of these files is date_bccreconcile_printid.xls, such as 20150101_bccreconcile_ajjq.xls. You can open this file using a third-party application, such as a spreadsheet application.
