Route Search
The Route Search window displays as the first step in the Display Route wizard, Modify Route wizard, and Remove Route wizard. Use the Route Search window to locate a particular existing outreach route record.
To use the Route Search window

In the Search For field, type the text to be used to search for an existing outreach route record. |

In the Index field, select Route ID to search by route ID, or select Route Name to search by route name. |

To restrict the route search to a certain library or library group, select the library's name or library group name in the Library list. |

Under Type, select the type of search you want to use to locate outreach route records. |

Search locates outreach route records that contain the text specified in the Search For field. |
|
•
|
Browse produces a list of outreach route records in the alphabetic vicinity of the text specified in the Search For field. |

|
Exact locates a single outreach route record that matches the text specified in the Search For field. |

Click Search to begin your search. |
If a list of matching route records displays, select a route, and continue with the current wizard function (such as modifying the selected outreach record).
If the Current field is available when you begin to search for a route record, you can click the route ID and route name displayed in the field to select the most recently viewed or modified route record.
If you choose the Exact search type, and the text specified in the Search For field does not match any outreach route record, the following message displays.
