Modify Route Wizard
The Modify Route wizard is used to edit an outreach route record. This wizard is part of the Route Information and Maintenance wizard group on the Outreach toolbar.
To modify an outreach route
| 1 | In the Route Information and Maintenance group, click the Modify Route wizard. |
The Modify Route window displays.
| 2 | Use the Route Search window to search for the outreach route record you want to modify. |
If a list of matching route records displays, either select a route and click Modify Route, or double-click the route you want.
| 3 | The Modify Route window displays the selected outreach route record. |
In the Route tab, modify information for the delivery route.
Click the Outreach Users tab. Tools on this tab can add users to the route, modify user information, and display user information. Shortcut menu options for the tab can remove users from the route or change the order of the stops on the route.
| 4 | Click Modify to save your changes to the outreach route record. |
| 5 | Click Close to exit the wizard. |
