Select Call Number/Item Helper: Holds
The Select Call Number/Item helper allows you to select a specific copy or volume when displaying the hold count for the Copy level or Volume level holds in the Detailed Hold Count helper. When this helper selects a copy or volume, the hold counts for the specific copy or volume will display in the Detailed Hold Count helper window.
To select a specific copy or volume for hold counts
| 1 | On the Call Number/Item tab, select the copy or volume for which you want to display hold counts. |
Information about the copy or volume displays to the right of the call number list.
| 2 | If desired, click the Description tab to see bibliographic information for the selected copy or volume. |
| 3 | Click OK to return to the Detailed Hold Count helper window to see the hold counters for the selected copy or volume. |
If you select a copy or volume using this helper, the Level option in the Detailed Hold Count helper automatically changes to Copy or Volume.
