How do I see routing information when I remove a hold on an item and another hold becomes available?
If the Remove from Holds Shelf wizard property is selected in the Remove User Hold wizard properties or Remove Item Hold wizard properties, a routing message automatically displays if you remove a hold using either of these wizards. The routing message displays information about the item and the shelving location or library to which it is to be sent.
To see the routing information again, click the glossary link in the Holds Removed list. The glossary provides information about the user who placed the newly available hold.
If the Make Next Hold Available property is also selected, the item can be trapped to fill the next outstanding hold. If so, a routing message displays with relevant hold information.
