How do I mark an item as used if it has a missing or damaged barcode?
If the barcode is damaged so that it is unreadable or if the barcode is missing, you can use the Change Item ID Helper to replace it without leaving the Mark Item Used wizard.
How do I mark an item I located in an Item Search as used?
Use the Item Search Helper in the Mark Item Used wizard to find an item that you want to mark as used.
How do I mark a circulation set as used?
When you scan or type a set ID in the Mark Item Used wizard, the wizard displays the list of items in the set with item status information. In this list, you can select which items in the set are to be marked for inhouse use. The in use counter and the last activity date for these items are updated.
