Charge Receipts

If your workstation has a slip printer, you can use it to charge receipts from various wizards. The charge receipt can show the patron’s name, item call number, item title, author, item price, due date, and date charged. The charge receipt also includes a statement for the patron to read, and blanks for the patron’s signature and date. A patron signs the charge receipt to acknowledge receipt of the charged materials.

For the Ephemeral Checkout wizard, the charge receipt can be configured to show the number of copies that are charged.

You can make charge receipt printing available from the properties of the following wizards.
