Loaded Order Files Tab: MARC Order Import Utility Wizard
The Loaded Order Files tab in the MARC Order Import Utility wizard allows you to view or copy order record files that have been imported, and to remove obsolete order data backup files.

Sorting the List of Order Record Files
The list of order record files can be sorted to make it easier to find the file you want to view, copy, or remove.
To sort the list of order record files

In the MARC Order Import Utility wizard, click the Loaded Order Files tab. |

Select one of the following Sort By options. |

Date sorts the files by date in ascending order. |
|

Library Policy Number sorts the list by the each library’s library policy number in ascending order. To see a list of Library policy numbers, names, and descriptions, click the Library Policy Number Helper. |

Click Cancel to exit the MARC Order Import Utility wizard. |
Viewing Order Data Backup Files
To select and view order data backup files

In the MARC Order Import Utility wizard, click the Loaded Order Files tab. |

Under File List, a list of order data backup files for order records that were successfully loaded into the database. Order data backup files are in flat ASCII format, and are stored in the /Unicorn/Marcordimp/Orders/Backup directory. Select a file in the list, and click View. Your word processing package starts, and the file in flat ASCII format appears. |

When you have finished viewing the file, close the word processor window. |

Click Cancel to exit the MARC Order Import Utility wizard. |
Copying Bibliographic Data Backup Files
You can copy an order data backup file from the
/Unicorn/Marcordimp/Orders/Backup directory to the
/Unicorn/Marcordimp/Orders directory so the order records can be loaded into the database.
To copy an order data backup file

In the MARC Order Import Utility wizard, click the Loaded Order Files tab. |

Under File List, a list of order data backup files appears. Select a file, and click Copy. |
|

Click Cancel to exit the MARC Order Import Utility wizard. |
Removing Obsolete Order Data Backup Files
To conserve disk space, all order data backup files should be removed after a full system backup is performed.
To remove an order data backup file

In the MARC Order Import Utility wizard, click the Loaded Order Files tab. |

Under File List, a list of order data backup files appears. Select a file, and click Remove. |
|

Click Cancel to exit the MARC Order Import Utility wizard. |
