Bib Files to Load Tab: MARC Order Import Utility Wizard
The Bib Files to Load tab in the MARC Order Import Utility wizard allows you to view bibliographic record files that have been imported, and to remove obsolete bibliographic record files.

Viewing Bibliographic Record Files
To view bibliographic data files
1 | In the MARC Order Import Utility wizard, click the Bib Files to Load tab. |
2 | Under File List, a list of bibliographic record files that have already been imported appears. Bibliographic data is stored in MARC format, and is stored in the /Unicorn/Marcordimp/Bibs directory. |
3 | Select a file, and click View. Your word processing package starts, and the file in MARC format appears. |
4 | When you have finished viewing the file, close the word processor window. |
5 | Click Cancel to exit the MARC Order Import Utility wizard. |

Removing Obsolete Bibliographic Record Files
To conserve disk space, bibliographic data files should be removed periodically.
To remove a bibliographic data file
1 | In the MARC Order Import Utility wizard, click the Bib Files to Load tab. |
2 | Under File List, a list of bibliographic record files that have already been imported appears. Select a file, and click Remove. |
3 | Click Cancel to exit the MARC Order Import Utility wizard. |
