Duplicate List Line Tool

Use the Duplicate List Line tool to copy a list line from another selection list to the current selection list.

To duplicate a list line

On the Lines tab, click the Duplicate List Line tool.

Use the Selection List Search to identify the selection list with lines you want to duplicate.

If your selection list search resulted in a single selection list, the Selection List and List tabs appear. Otherwise, selection lists matching your search criteria appear in a table. Select a list, click Duplicate List Lines, and the Selection List and Lines tabs appear.

Click the Lines Tab: Selection List to display a list of titles linked to the selection list. Use the Display List Line Tool and Display Bibliographic Description tool (Display Bibliographic Description Helper) to view detailed information about the list lines and linked title records.

Select the check boxes next to the list lines you wish to duplicate, or select the Select All check box to duplicate all list lines.

Click Duplicate List Lines, and the lines are copied to the current selection list. The Decisions and Quantity fields are not copied from the source list, and so will display zeros in the duplicated list lines.
