Display Selection List Wizard

The Display Selection List wizard allows you to view selection lists, the list lines and decision records, as well as the linked orderlines.

To display a selection list

Click the Display Selection List wizard.

Use the Selection List Search to identify the selection list you want to view. It may be useful to filter your search by selection list status.

If your selection list search resulted in a single selection list, the Selection List and List tabs appear. Otherwise, selection lists matching your search criteria appear in a table. Select a list, click Display Selection List, and the Selection List and Lines tabs appear.

Click the Selection List Tab to display selection list control information. For more information about these fields, see the tab topic.

Click the Lines Tab: Selection List tab, and a list of titles linked to this selection list displays. A header at the top of the tab displays the dynamic fields Total Lines, Total Amount, and Total Quantity. The number of decision records and quantity to be ordered appear for each title. If orders have been created from this selection list, the order ID and orderline number display for each ordered title. For more information about these fields, see the tab topic.

To view detailed information about a selection list title, select the title in the list, and click the Display Bibliographic Description Helper.

Select a list line and click the Display List Line Tool to view specific information about this selection title. The List Line and Decisions tabs appear. If an order is linked to this list line, the Orderline tab also appears.

Click the List Line Tab to display information about this title. Extended information, including citations and reviews, may also appear. For more information about these fields, see the tab topic.

Click the Decisions Tab to display the decisions linked to this title.

Select a decision, click the Display Decision Tool, and the Decision and Segments tabs appear. Review decision details and ordering information. See the tool topic for more information.

Click Cancel to return to the Lines tab.

If an order is linked to this list line, click the Orderline Tab: Display to display purchase order and orderline details. For more information, see the tab topic.

The selection lists that display are limited by the acquisitions display libraries settings.

After displaying selection list information, you may click one of the following options.

Lookup Another to search another selection list

•

Return to List to choose another selection list from the list of search results

•

Close to exit the Display Selection List wizard
