User ID Tab

The User ID tab displays for reports that select database records based on user ID.

Many reports require one user ID to be specified in the User ID field. The User ID selection is required for reports that discharge items from the specified user(s) and change the current location to DISCARD, or to a location specified under Options for Changing Location on the Remove Items by Location tab.

Type the user ID in the User ID field, or use the Browse User gadget to display a list of user IDs from which to choose.
