Browse User Gadget

Depending on the location, the Browse User Gadget can be used to search for a single user or search from a list of users.

To select a single user for a field

Click the Browse User gadget.

Select the search option you want.

Type the text you want to use for the search, and click Search.

If a list of users displays, select the user record you want, and click OK.

To select one or more users from a list

Click the Browse User gadget.

Type the text you want to use for the search and click Search.

Highlight the user you want to select and click the Down arrow button. The name you selected will display in the window at the bottom of the screen.

You can keep selecting names followed by the Down arrow button to select multiple users.

When you have selected all the users you want, click OK.
