Import/Export Group Reports

The Import/Export group of reports is used to display and load records that have been imported from a bibliographic utility. Bibliographic records referenced in this report group are primarily MARC records, such as those obtained from a utility such as OCLC. The Import/Export reports accomplish the following tasks.

Review imported bibliographic records by file

•

Load imported bibliographic records

•

Load properly formatted user records into the system in batch

•

Prepare bibliographic records to be exported form the system

•

Matches and loads bibliographic records from the vendor into the catalog and creates flat order records that may be used to create the system order records

•

Loads flat order records into the K-12 Library System
