Load ACCENT MARC w/999s Report
The Load ACCENT MARC w/999s (Loadaccent) report contains the most common and basic selection answers for new records which are obtained using standard current databases such as OCLC, and which have a 999 copy processing entry defined.
This report is in the Import/Export Group Reports.
This report consists of the Basic Tab: Reports.
This report is designed to load MARC records into the catalog using the following default values.
• | The title control numbers are assigned or matched based first on the ISBN, ISSN, or LC number. |
• | Records are either created if not matched to an existing title, or updated if matched. |
• | The date cataloged for each loaded record will be marked as the report run date when a title is created or updated. |
• | Copy information is in the 999 field of the MARC record. |
• | Dewey call numbers are used for imported copies. |

Files of records must first be imported using the MARC Import Utility wizard.
