Snapshot Gadget
The Snapshot gadget lets you select a list of snapshots to create or update for the Extract Snapshots for Reporting report.
The snapshots you select and how often you update them depends on your library data. See Extract Snapshots for Reporting Report for more information.
You may choose All to specify all snapshots or choose List to select specific snapshots. When All is selected, the list controls are disabled and any selections that appear in the List Selected pane are ignored.
In the list panes, you can Ctrl-click to select multiple snapshots. Shift-click to select a range of snapshots. You can also double-click a snapshot to move it to or from the List Selected pane.
To select specific snapshots
| 1 | Choose List to activate the list controls. |
| 2 | Select snapshots in List to Choose From, and click the right arrow.  This adds them to the selected snapshots in the List Selected pane to the right. |
| 3 | If you add a snapshot that you decide you do not want, click the snapshot in the List Selected pane, and click the left arrow.  The snapshot will be removed from the list. |
| 4 | Click OK to save your selections. |
