Count Call Number Records Report
The Count Call Number Records (Callcnt) report counts selected items at the call number level based on call number characteristics. You may use other counting reports on the Bibliographic report tab, depending on the selection criteria you want to use.
| • | Use the Count Item Numbers report to select additional catalog, call number, and accountability characteristics for individual items. |
| • | Use the Count Item Titles report to count titles based on title, call number, and/or item characteristics. |
| • | Use the Count Items report to select at the item level only. |
| • | Use the Count Titles report to select at the catalog level only. |
This report contains the following tabs.

The Count Call Number Records report is on the Bibliographic tab of reports.
The results of this report are embedded in the report log. Do not select to view, print, or email results only, or the system will return an error message. In the View Finished Reports window, if you select the View Results check box but do not select the Format Report check box, WordPad may open and begin the unformatted report output with the following formatting text.
