Display Outreach User Tool
The Display Outreach User tool is used to view information in the outreach record for a selected user. The displayed information cannot be modified using the Display Outreach User tool; use the Modify Outreach User tool to change the user's outreach information.
To display a user's outreach information
| 1 | In the Outreach Users tab, select a user in the list of users for the outreach route, and click the Display Outreach User tool. |
| 2 | In the Outreach tab for the user, view the outreach information. |
| 3 | Click Cancel to return to the list of users for the outreach route. |
