Checkout Bookings Wizard
The Checkout Bookings wizard is used to check out booked items to a library user.
To check out bookings

Click the Checkout Bookings wizard. |

If the User Search helper is set in properties to display as the first step of the wizard, search for the user. The helper will automatically fill in the User ID box with the ID you select using this helper. |
Alternatively, in Identify Booking, you may search for the booking by Item ID, Job ID or User ID. Enter the desired search criteria and click Get Booking.

The List of bookings associated with your search criteria will appear. With Change Booking Lookup Options you can further filter what displays on the booking list. The Change Booking Lookup Options will appear in grey if the search was by Job ID. For more detailed information about each booking click the glossary in the Patron Booking Starts or Patron Booking Ends columns. |
If you select an item or group of items in the bookings list and right-click, a circulation menu opens. From this menu, you can perform a variety of circulation tasks. See Right-click Menus.

Use the check boxes to select a booking or booking(s) for checkout, or select Checkout All to checkout all bookings at once, then click Check Out Booking. |

Repeat the previous steps until all items are checked out. |
After you have checked out items to the patron, click one of the following options.

Check Out to New User to checkout items to a new user |
