FAQs: Creating a WorkFlows Login
For most situations, creating a new login is as simple as creating a new user record and assigning the appropriate User Profile and Library policies.
Example To create a staff login for a new Main Library technical services employee, create the user record and select TECH for the User Profile and MAIN for the Library.
If there is not an appropriate User Profile policy that includes the User Access and Environment policies desired, it might be necessary to create a new User Profile, along with new User Access and Environment policies.
All of these policies can be found on the Configuration Module toolbar, in the following locations.
