Pending Transits Wizard
The Pending Transits wizard is used to display a list of items currently in transit to a specific library.
This wizard is available only if your library is part of a multilibrary system.
To view a list of items in transit to a library

In the In-Transit Items group, click the Pending Transits wizard. |
The library that the items were routed to, the total number of items in transit, and the number received from transit appear. In the List of Items in Transit, the item’s call number, title, item ID, and history display.

To receive an item (take the item out of transit), select the item from the List of Items in Transit, and then click Receive Item. |
The item display in the List of Items Received. In the List of Items Received, the item’s title, item ID, route/transit to, and transit reason display.

Repeat the previous steps until you have finished receiving items. |
After you have finished receiving items, click one of the following options:

Clear Received Item List to clear the items from the List of Items Received |

Close to exit the wizard |
Important Considerations When Using this Wizard

If no items are currently in transit to your library, a message displays. Click OK to close this message. If the Select Another Library helper property is selected, the Select Another Library helper displays. Select the library name from the Library list, and then click OK. |

If the Display Instructions property is selected, the Items Received dialog box displays with title and routing information. Click OK to close the dialog box. |

Click the glossary links to display more information. |

To print a list of items in transit, use the File/Print menu or Print icon on your PC. The Pending Transits List of the selected library will print to your default workstation printer. |
