View Order Reports Helper

The View Order Reports helper allows you to view the results of the report run by the Produce Order Report helper. The Print Order Report helper runs a report similar to the Print Specific Purchase Orders report. Using the View Order Reports helper, you will be able to verify the report results before printing purchase orders.

To view Produce Order Report helper results

Click the View Order Reports helper.

Select the Application to View Reports using the Select File gadget.

Make selections for the report Format Options. See the Editing Format Options topic for more information.

In the Finished reports list, you can view, download, print, or email the report results. For more information, see the Finished Reports Wizard topic.

Click Close to return to the order wizard.
