Suspension Tab
The Suspension tab contains the following fields that provide loan privilege suspension information for the user.
If you select a record or group of records and right-click, a circulation menu opens. From this menu, you can perform a variety of circulation tasks. See Right-click Menus.

The following fields are defined for the Suspension tab.
This field displays how many days the user is suspended.
This fields displays the item ID of the item associated with the suspension.
This field displays the title of the item associated with the suspension.
This field displays the date the suspension was created.
Suspension type is determined by policies. For example, a suspension type might be for overdue or damaged materials.
Displays the internal key assigned to the suspension record.
Displays the internal key that links the user to the suspension record.
Date on which user can resume borrowing materials. Click this date to view a glossary that displays Item information (Title, Author, Call Number and Copy) and Suspension Information, including Date suspended, Reason, Next Allowed Loan Date, and Number of units.
This fields displays the Library for which the suspension was generated.
Reason for the temporary suspension of a user’s loan privileges. Suspension reasons may include CANCEL, FORGIVEN, OVERDUE or DAMAGE. You can create additional reasons in Circulation policies.
