Important Considerations When Using this Helper
•
The Renew Privilege helper must be selected in the wizard properties for this helper to automatically display when the user’s privilege is about to expire. |
•
If a user’s privileges expired before the current date, you can renew the user’s privileges only if the Extend User’s Library Privilege property is selected in the wizard properties. If this property is cleared, you will not be able to renew the user’s expired privileges during the current wizard process. |
•
If the user has a credit account and policies are configured to automatically pay privilege fees with money from the credit account, fees created when renewing a user’s privilege may be paid automatically with funds from the user’s credit account. For more information, see FAQs: Credit User Accounts. |
