Exact Search
The Exact search option displays a single record of the search index you used. This option is best for specific number or code searches. If the exact ID is not in the database, a message displays that the information was not found.
The search indexes that display are wizard specific. For more information on search indexes, go to Search Indexes.
You can use the Exact search option to go directly to records using these search indexes.
Exact Search can also be used to perform other types of searches, particularly those used to search catalog records.
