Confirm Address Helper
The Confirm Address helper is used to confirm or update a user’s address. WorkFlows remembers the previous user ID. If the address needs to be updated, changes can be made, or information can be added using the Before, After, and Delete helpers.
A user can have up to three addresses. A selected Primary Address field in the Address1, Address2, or Address3 tab specifies that this address be used when mailing notices to the user.
After the address has been confirmed or updated, you can return to the current wizard, review the address again, or make additional changes to the address.
To confirm a user’s address
1 | Click the Confirm Address helper. |
2 | In the User ID box, scan the user’s ID. |
3 | Select the Primary Address option you want. The primary address field allows you to specify which address will be used for mailing notices to users. This field is also used when information is printed by the Debt Collection reports for the collection agency. |
4 | Click the Address 1, Address 2, or Address 3 tab to confirm or update address information in the address fields. Each address consists of entry fields, such as City, State, ZIP code, Daytime Phone, and Fax. You can use the Entry Field list to display a full list of entries in WorkFlows and the e-Library (when users are created or modified, the Template list of entries appears). 5 | After you have confirmed or updated the user’s address, click Confirm Address to update the record. |
