Loaded User Files Tab: User Data Upload Wizard
The Loaded User Files tab in the User Data Upload wizard allows you to view user data files that have been uploaded or remove obsolete user data files.
Under File List, a list of uploaded user data files that were successfully loaded into the Unicorn/Xfer directory of the SirsiDynix Symphony server appears.
Uploaded user data files are deleted from the SirsiDynix Symphony server after the users are loaded into the SirsiDynix Symphony database via the Load Users report.
Choose one of the following tasks:
| • | Viewing user record data files |
| • | Removing obsolete user record data files |
Viewing user record data files
You can view the contents of an uploaded user data file using the View option of the User Data Upload wizard.
To select and view user record data files
| 1 | In the User Data Upload wizard, choose the Loaded User Files tab. |
| 2 | Choose a file from the File List and click View. |
| 3 | Click OK. A word processing program opens the file. |
| 4 | When you have finished viewing the file, close the word processing program. |
| 5 | Click Cancel to exit the User Data Upload wizard. |
Removing obsolete user record data files
You can delete uploaded user data files using the Remove option of the User Data Upload wizard.
To remove a user data backup file
| 1 | In the User Data Upload wizard, choose the Loaded User Files tab. |
| 2 | Choose a file from the File List and click Remove. The file is removed from the /Unicorn/Xfer directory. |
| 3 | Click Cancel to exit the User Data Upload wizard. |
