Receive a Predicted Issue or Different Copies

This window appears when an issue is received using the Check In Issues of a Serial wizard under the following circumstances.

•

Clicking Selected Issue from a list of predictions on the Expected tab or the Claimed tab

•

Clicking Different Issue on the Next Issue tab, followed by clicking Selected Issue

•

Clicking Different Issue on the Next Issue tab, followed by clicking Modify Issue, modifying the issue, and clicking OK (If you choose not to receive the modified issue right away, the modifications made in the previous step are still retained.)

•

Clicking Different Copies on the Next Issue tab because the number of copies you have received is different from the number you expected

Information about the issue you are receiving appears with enumeration and chronology data, as well as the number of expected copies. You may modify the data in the Number Received and Receipt Comment text boxes before checking in or canceling the receipt.
