Modify Vendor Information Tool
To modify the vendor for an issue or list of issues
1 | On the Expected tab (Received or Claimed tab), click the Modify Vendor Information tool. |
2 | Select a New Fiscal Cycle from the drop-down list. |
3 | Select a different Vendor using the Browse Vendor Gadget. |
4 | If you want to modify the vendor for all listed issues, select the Modify All Predictions check box, and click Modify Vendor Information. (On the Received tab, you can select Modify All Received Issues, and on the Claimed tab, you can select Modify All Claims.) |
5 | Or, if you want to modify the vendor for selected issues, select the check box next to the issues to be modified, and click Modify Vendor Information. |
After the vendor is modified, a dialog box will display listing the issues that were modified.

When you change the vendor record associated with the prediction record, the associated receipt or claim records are automatically updated.
If a prediction is associated with a claim, any claim notices produced after the change will be sent to the new vendor.
The modifications you make to the Vendor ID and Fiscal Cycle fields of the prediction, receipt, or claim record will not impact the vendor ID/fiscal cycle associated with the control record.
