Remove Request Wizard
To remove a request
1 | In the Remove Request window, in the Index field, select either Alt ID, Request ID, or User ID as your search criteria. |
To further narrow the search, under User Requests, select With Replies, Without Replies, or All.
2 | Click Search. The Search Request ID table displays with a list of requests. |
Note: The information in the List of Requests table shows Request type, Request ID, Date Placed, Status, User and Title.
3 | Select the check box beside the request you want to remove and click Remove. If you wish to remove all of the requests, select the Select All check box and click Remove. |
After you click Remove, a Remove Selected Request Confirmation dialog box appears.
4 | Click OK to remove the request or Cancel if you do not want to remove the request. |
If you click OK, a dialog box will display confirming that you have removed the selected request.
After removing a request record, you can select one of the following options.
• | Remove to remove another request |
• | Return to List to return to the list of requests |
• | Another to search another request to remove |
• | Close to exit the Remove Request wizard |
To remove requests in batch, you can also use the Remove Select Request Records report.
