User Accountability Selection Tab
The User Accountability Selection tab contains fields that are used to select users with certain accountability characteristics for a report. This tab may contain any of the following fields.

These selections will display only in libraries that have purchased the Accountability module and will only be available to users who are accountability operators.

All users in the report are defined to have been born in the specified place. It is only possible to type a single birth place.
Note: This field is not required. Text entered into this field must represent an exact match of what displays in the user record. It is case and punctuation sensitive. In order for report selections to be effective, it is necessary for your library to have well defined policies about data entry, and apply them consistently.
All users in the report are defined to be citizens of the specified country or countries. Use the Policy List gadget to select citizenships. If no value is selected, all are included.
Users selected by the report have been assigned the specified clearance policy. Use the Clearance gadget to select clearances. If no value is selected, all clearances are included.
User records selected by the report include the name of the person or organization who authorized the clearance level for this user. Use the String List gadget to enter a list of clearance authorities.

Users selected by the report last had their clearance modified by the specified user accesses. Use the String List gadget to enter a list of clearance authorities.
All user accountability records in the report were created by the specified user accesses. Use the String List gadget to enter a list of user accesses.
Users selected by the report last had their clearance modified on this specified date. To select a range of dates, use the Date Range gadget.
All users in the report had a user accountability record created on this specified date. To select a range of dates, use the Date Range gadget.
All user accountability records were last modified on this specified date. To select a range of dates, use the Date Range gadget.
All users in the report were last modified by the specified user access. Use the String List gadget to enter a list of user accesses.
Users selected by the report have been assigned this number of Need to Know policies. A user must have at least one Need to Know policy in common with the Need to Know policies associated with a title to charge the item. The higher the number of Need to Knows a user has, the more likely he will be to charge an item. To select a range of numbers, use the Number Range gadget.
Users selected by the report have been assigned this number of Access Restriction policies. A user must have all of the Access Restriction policies in common with the Access Restriction policies associated with a title to charge the item. The higher the number of Access Restrictions an item has, the less likely he or she will be to charge an item. To select a range of numbers, use the Number Range gadget.
Note: The Need to Know and Access Restriction policies are not required by the Accountability module. You should be familiar with the use of these policies in your library before selecting on these attributes.
All patrons (or users) in the report are of this particular type (either Internal or External). Use the Patron Type gadget to select patron types. If no value is selected, all users are included.
Users selected by the report have the specified social security number or numbers. Separate the digits with hyphens, such as 185-54-1234, or use the conventions defined by your library. Use the String List gadget to enter a list of social security numbers.
