Title Accountability Selection Tab

The Title Accountability tab contains fields that are used to select titles with certain accountability characteristics for a report. This tab may contain any of the following fields.

These selections will display only in libraries that have purchased the Accountability module and will only be available users who are accountability operators.

Bib Classification

The catalog descriptions for all titles in the report are at this Classification policy level. The Bib Classification makes catalog records searchable or not searchable to users. The Bib Classification can be set at the same level as the title (the default) which limits a user’s catalog search to only those titles that can be circulated to him. However, the Bib Classification may be set higher, the same, or lower than the title classification, so a user may not have clearance to circulate certain material, but the bibliographic descriptions will still display in his catalog searches. Use the Policy List gadget to select classifications. If no value is selected, all classifications are included.

Bib Classification Date

Each title in the report had its bibliographic classification created or modified on this specified date. To select a range of dates, use the Date Range gadget.

Bib Classification Level

All titles in the report have the specified classification level. The classification level of the record allows users with a corresponding clearance level or lower to circulate those materials. To select a range of levels, use the Number Range gadget.
