Fund Selection Tab
In reports that select data by funds, the following Fund selections may be available.

Only the fund with the account number entered will be selected by the report. The account number is an alternative fund identification option. The account number must be entered exactly as it is in the fund record.
Each fund selected by the report was created or duplicated by the specified user access. Use the Policy List gadget to select one or more user accesses.
Each fund selected by the report has the specified fund creation date. Use the Date Range gadget to select a range of dates.
Each fund selected by the report was last modified on the specified date. Use the Date Range gadget to select a range of dates.
Each fund selected by the report has the specified text in the specified entry of its extended information. To select entries and text, use the VED List gadget.
Fund Level 1 through Fund Level 6
Funds selected by the report will include the specified fund level name or names. A fund level may contain a policy name used for grouping and totaling funds. Any number of levels can be defined by the SirsiDynix Symphony administrator in policies for each of the six levels. Any six names may be used in a single master fund record; fund levels may or may not be hierarchical. If they are, Fund Level 1 would be either the broadest or most specific fund characteristic. Fund Level 2 may represent a higher or lower division of the Fund Level 1 policy, or it may act as a separate fund characteristic. The Fund Level 3, 4, 5, and 6 fields act the same as the Fund Level 2 field; for example, Fund Level 6 may represent a higher or lower division of the Fund Level 1, Fund Level 2, Fund Level 3, Fund Level 4, or Fund Level 5 policies, or it may act as a separate fund characteristic. Use the Policy List gadget to select a fund level name.
Each fund selected by the report was last modified by the specified user access. Use the Policy List gadget to select one or more user accesses.
Funds selected by the report belong to this specified Library. In a multilibrary system, fund records belong to the library that created them. Use the Policy List gadget to select a library. Only the acquisitions maintenance libraries for the station library can be selected.
Only the fund named in this field will be selected by the report. The fund name must be entered exactly as it is in the fund record, including capitalization and punctuation.
All funds selected by the report have been created or rolled over in your SirsiDynix Symphony software for this specified number of fiscal cycles. To select a range of numbers, use the Number Range gadget.
You will be prompted to enter a threshold percentage for the audit trail information. For example, you may select 80% for the threshold percentage, and the report will return fund IDs that are at or above 80% of the maximum length for extended information. This selection will be required for the report to run.
