Debt Collection Selection Tab
The Debt Collection Selection tab contains Minimum Amount of Fees Due field which is used to specify the bill and fee amounts that will cause a user record to be selected for referral to a collection agency.
In this field, type the total amount of fees a user must have to be reported to the collection agency. All users who meet or exceed the amount in the bill summary will be included in the XML data file created by the Collections Information report. This field is set to greater than 24.99 by default.
Or, you can select an unpaid bill/fee range for the report using the gadget. For example, you can select a range of greater than $10.00 and less than $35.00. The report will only select users whose total amount of unpaid bills falls within this range.
