Authority Selection Tab
The Authority Selection tab contains fields that are used to select specific authority records for a report. This tab may contain any of the following fields.

All authority records in the report have been designated either AUTHORIZED or PROVISIONAL. Use the Policy List gadget to select authorization levels. If no value is selected, both levels are included.
All authority records in the report were created or loaded by the specified user access. Use the String List gadget to enter a list of user accesses.
All authority records in the report had their authorization levels changed from PROVISIONAL to AUTHORIZED on this specified date. This date may be changed during a manual review, an updated record load, or when authorized records are first loaded into the database. To select a range of dates, use the Date Range gadget.
Note: When Authority records are loaded using the Load Authority Records report, the Date Cataloged in the Authority File selection corresponds to the Date Authorized in the authority record.
Each authority record in the report was loaded or created on this specified date. To select a range of dates, use the Date Range gadget.
Each authority record in the report was last modified on this specified date. To select a range of dates, use the Date Range gadget.
All authority records in the report are of the specified format. Use the Policy List gadget to select formats. If no value is selected, all formats are included.
Note: Formats for multiple record types display in the policy list. You must select a valid authority format to get desired results.
All authority records in the report were modified by the specified user access. Use the String List gadget to enter a list of user accesses.
All titles in the report have been acquired or created from the specified authority source. Use the String List gadget to enter a list of sources used in your library.

Average Copies Canceled or Copies Canceled
For each vendor, SirsiDynix Symphony tracks the total number of items canceled. SirsiDynix Symphony automatically maintains the count as orders are placed, removed, and processed. This field displays the total number of canceled copies associated with the vendor in the specified fiscal cycle. The count of copies canceled is incremented when a line item contains a cancel segment marked with Cancel Reason set to VENDOR.
